Cancellation Policy
NO SHOWS, SAME DAY CANCELATIONS, AND ARRIVING 15 MIN LATE, IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE APT. BOOKED. I charge a 40% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you cannot make an appointment, please reach out to me as soon as possible so we can figure something out, I understand that life happens!
A card is required to book an appointment, there will be no charge, this is to prevent no-shows. You can use a different card than the one used for booking, at the time of the service.
If you can only make certain times throughout the week that is not in my listed hours, please reach out to me, we can figure something out:)
